THE EVENING GOWN COMPETITION WILL SHOWCASE YOUR STYLE, ELEGANCE, POISE AND GRACE. LET YOUR PERSONALITY SHOW THROUGH YOUR DRESS AND MAKE A LASTING IMPRESSION.

THE FUN FASHION PORTION OF THE COMPETITION IS TO HIGHLIGHT YOUR STYLE, PERSONALITY AND SENSE OF FASHION. IT IS YOUR TIME TO SHINE ON STAGE, BE GLAMOUROUS, BE SUPREME!

IT IS MANDATORY TO SELL ONE PAGE FOR THE NATIONAL PROGRAM BOOK.  IT CAN BE A COMBINATION OF 4 BUSINESS CARDS, 2 HALF PAGE ADS OR ONE FULL PAGE AD.  THE ADS MUST BE EMAILED TO THE OFFICE. DATE TO BE DETERMINED FOR DEADLINE. 

There is NO refund on Appointed Title, Registration and National Pageant Fees. If you decide to not compete at Nationals, you must return your Appointed Crown and Sash in perfect condition to the office and pay a mandatory withdrawal fee of $150.00. NO EXCEPTIONS!

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  •  You must compete in the age group your age falls on as of June 1, 2025. 
  •  Contestant, guests, and visitors will conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner at all times during all pageant events. Bad sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated and will be grounds for removal of a contestant from the pageant without a refund.   
  •  Contestant, contestant’s parents, and/or legal guardians agree to abide by eligibility requirements and consent that the information provided about the contestant is true and accurate.  
  •   Contestant agrees to provide an original copy of her birth certificate to verify age if requested by the national director.  
  •  The USA Supreme National Scholarship Pageant national director may change the dates and location of the national pageant as deemed necessary.  
  •  Only ONE adult per contestant is permitted in the dressing room and/or backstage (backstage for Baby Miss, Tiny Miss & Wee Miss only)  NO exceptions
  •   No men or boys will be allowed in the dressing rooms at ANY time. 
  •  ALL deposits, registration fees, appointed title, and national fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERRABLE.  NO exceptions!
  •  Contestants acknowledge that the scoring and final outcome of the pageant are at the sole discretion of the judges. Judges are NOT to be approached or contacted before, during or after the pageant. ALL decisions are FINAL.
  •  Winners grant the Miss USA Supreme pageant permission to use their photos, videos, and all other pageant related material for advertising and promotion. All rights to these materials are the property of USA Supreme Pageant and the national director.
  •  All contestants and parents acknowledge that Miss USA Supreme pageant reserves the right to add, change or delete any rules or regulation at any time without giving notice.  
  •  Contestants are required to strictly adhere to the Miss USA Supreme pageant rules and regulations; and if any of these rules or regulations are broken by the applicant/contestant, they understand that disqualification and title revocation will be the resolution to the matter.  ALL awards, gifts, prize package, crown and sash must be returned!
  • All appointed title sashes and crowns can NOT be returned for refund since they have been customized with your specific title. NO exceptions!
  •  USA Supreme Pageant reserves the right to relinquish the title that you have won if you conduct yourself in a manner that is inappropriate by the Miss USA Supreme National Scholarship Pageant. e
  •  The executive state/national director has the right to change pageant dates and times from the original date, also the executive state/national director has the right to change the format, set-up, line-up, dis-qualification of contestants & winners and the content of gifts and prizes.  
  •  USA Supreme Pageant reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of titles and/or awards to runners-up based on number of entrants participating. 
  •  USA Supreme Pageant reserves the right to relinquish the title that you have won if you conduct yourself in a manner that is inappropriate by the Miss USA Supreme National Scholarship Pageant. 
  •  USA Supreme Pageant and it's staff is NOT held responsible for any lost or stolen personal property at our pageants.  Please have someone with your items at ALL times.  Do NOT leave your purse, wallet, jewelry or any other valuable content in the dressing rooms or stage area!   
  • USA Supreme division winners are required to make appearances throughout their reign at various parties, parades, pageants, etc.
  • By signing the application and entering the pageant, you agree and will uphold all rules and regulations.
  •  Please Note: The executive state/national director has the right to combine and/or move up an age group if there is not enough participation in that category.  There must be at least 3 people in each category so that their age group will not be combined unless the director wishes to keep it as is.  
  •  I HEREBY RELEASE, UNCONDITIONALLY AND FOREVER, ANY CLAIM AGAINST THE MISS USA SUPREME NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PAGEANT, STATE/NATIONAL COMPETITION, CEO, STATE/NATIONAL DIRECTOR AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR ASSIGNS.  I HAVE READ THE ABOVE STATEMENT AND AGREE TO EVERY SENTENCE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE MISS USA SUPREME NATIONAL PAGEANT, THE CEO, THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, AND BOARD MEMBERS WILL BE HELD HARMLESS IN ANY AND ALL ACTIONS, LOSS, DAMAGES, & ACCIDENTS, BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE PAGEANT THAT THEY ARE INVOLVED WITH... THE LOCAL, STATE, & NATIONAL PAGEANT.  BY ENTERING AND FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION AND SIGNING THE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE AND ACCEPT THE ABOVE STATEMENT TOTALLY AND FULLY.
