MARLA M. MASSENGALE

CEO and NATIONAL DIRECTOR

Marla M. Massengale is the Founder, CEO and National Director for the Miss USA Supreme Pageant.  With a degree in Fashion Merchandising and Marketing, she incorporates her knowledge in every pageant.  Marla has 30 years pageant experience in competing, judging, directing, event planning, promoting and production. Marla states " I am grateful for every experience and opportunity that has come my way and am excited to see where the Miss USA Supreme National Scholarship Pageant's journey will take us!"

One of my strengths as a national director is my versatility and adaptability. I am honored to be selected as the recipient of the 

  • P.O.W.E.R. Award (Professional Organization of Women of Excellence Recognized).


I was also selected to be featured in the 

  • South Carolina Voyager Magazine.

They highlight businesses that are rising to the top in their industry, show leadership, style, empowerment, determination and succeed!



Collaboration and Communication

I believe that collaboration and communication are key to a successful pageant. I am always open to feedback and suggestions from the contestants and team members and strive to create a positive and productive environment. Being an award winning photographer, I am also a good listener and am able to translate my contestant's vision into the final headshot winning photo. 

USA SUPREME NATIONAL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

KRYSTLE COTHRAN

Originally from Kentucky, Krystle has been in SC 20 yrs. She has a BS degree in nursing and Master's in counseling. Krystle has been in numerous pageants and holds many titles. Pageants have been part of her life and feels they have sculpted and given her confidence to succeed. Her husband and son are her joy in life.

USA SUPREME NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF ADVERTISING

Shannon o.

Shannon is a graduate of Erskine College and has her Master's degree in curriculum and instruction.  Shannon's graphics and design are incredible. Originally from Sumter, SC, she now resides in Greenville, SC with her husband and 2 daughters. We are blessed to have her on our team! 

USA SUPREME NATIONAL DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATION

DARLEEN M.

Darleen has a Master's degree in teaching and biology from Clemson University.  Communication is a very important part of the pageant industry and she is a phenomenal communicator! Darleen resides in NC with her husband and two sons. We are blessed to have her on our team!

Paige M.

Paige is a graduate of the University of SC with a BA in Journalism (Advertising and Public Relations). Having won numerous pageants herself, Paige knows the dedication, drive and what it takes to be a winner! Marketing is the key to success! We are blessed to have her on our team!

USA SUPREME NATIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

rita s.

Rita oversees the day-to-day operations for the contestants.  Her strong leadership,  communication skills and strategic planning provide support for all aspects of the USA Supreme organization. Rita resides in Greenville with her husband.  We are blessed to have her on our team! 

USA SUPREME NATIONAL MAKEUP ARTIST

CHEYENNA C.

Cheyenna is a professional model, makeup artist and hairstylist!  She knows what it takes to create that winning look!  Working with Cheyenna the last 3 years, her ability, determination and genuine sweet spirit is a supreme combination for our pageant! USA SUPREME NATIONAL HAIRSTYLIST

TARA C.

Tara has worked with us for 3 years now! Not only is her hairstyling ability perfection but she is also an outstanding makeup artist as well!  A team player for sure. USA SUPREME NATIONAL NAIL TECHNICIAN

KAYLEE M.

Kaylee is a licensed Cosmetologist and Nail Technician.  Her creativity and style show in every set of nails. She adds a little sparkle with every design. We are blessed to have her on our team!
